• Advise Building Facilities Supervisor of major problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain daily records of building operation and secure a central location for records and follow ISO procedure.
• Perform routine plumbing repairs to flush valves, shutoffs, seals, fixture replacement and piping repairs, including the seating of copper piping and tubing.
• Maintain all tools, parts and supplies in an organized manner, inform Building Facilities Supervisor or Building Administrator of any needs for replacement, restocking or repair of items.
• Perform all work as assigned by the Building Facilities Supervisor and Building Administrator as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the properties at an optimum level.
• Accept other responsibilities that may be requested by my immediate supervisor.
