High Rise Building Set up Stage/Testing and Commissioning. Assigned Building: MGF – Mabolo Garden Flats condominium (25th Story Building), Tres, Borces St. Mabolo Cebu City
- Provide supports to tenants and visitors, offering guidance and information as needed.
- Adapted quickly to changing priorities, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.
- Oversaw cleaning and maintenance aspects of building and multiple rooms to preserve aesthetic appeal, quality and standards and organization.
- Examined safety conditions of building and establishment to determined emergency action plan, minimizing security risk.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance schedule for all building equipment. (Checking of all Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Pumps, Elevator, Generator, Panels etc.)
- Keep building and associated grounds in clean and orderly condition of equipment.
- Estimates, conducts costing and evaluates building and maintenance projects and improvements (electrical, and mechanical).
- Check and ensure as much as possible that all works are in accordance with standard electrical practices.
- Maintain positive communication with building tenants. Evaluate, prioritize, respond to, and follow-up on their requests and problems to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Advise Building Facilities Supervisor of major problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain daily records of building operation and secure a central location for records and follow ISO procedure.
- Perform routine plumbing repairs to flush valves, shutoffs, seals, fixture replacement and piping repairs, including the seating of copper piping and tubing.
- Maintain all tools, parts and supplies in an organized manner, inform Building Facilities Supervisor or Building Administrator of any needs for replacement, restocking or repair of items.
- Perform all work as assigned by the Building Facilities Supervisor and Building Administrator as deemed necessary to maintain and operate the properties at an optimum level.
- Accept other responsibilities that may be requested by my immediate supervisor.
- Must administer all assigned function consistently with full cooperation and commitment in support to the company's goal.
- Create and preserve the most favorable company image by conducting all functions in a very ethical and fair manner.
- Uphold and promote the good name of the company in all transactions with the clients, suppliers, co-employees and other individuals who may be directly involved in the business.
