Was able to upgrade occupancy from 75% to 85% for SM Rosario, and signed-up commercial owners for short term in SM Bacoor at 95%. Long Term tenants signed - Zus, Pho Hoa, Seafood Plus, and Samgyupsalamat. Also helped in signing up Pizza Maru, Wee Nam Kee, and Purple Rice. Oculars done - 100.
