• Assigned as an associate designer for land development projects, specifically for Ayala-owned projects (ALI). Tasked to create both Permit Plans and Field Change Documents.
• Both lead and assistant designer for detailed engineering and wet utilities design for privately owned residential lots and subdivisions, as well as commercial establishments.
• Partaken also as a contributor for on-going initiatives like Grading Optimization and Detention Pond Standardization within the Civil Works Division of MDC.
• Produced 3D visualization for wet utilities systems (Drainage, Sewer and Water) through the use of Revit for residential projects under Ayala.
