I'm a full-stack web developer based in the Philippines, specializing in backend-first development with FastAPI and Django/DRF, paired with modern frontend work in Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

I recently graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Information Technology and completed an internship as a Web Developer/Backend Developer at the Bureau of the Treasury, where I worked on real production systems used by government institutions:

National Collection Transparency System — Served as backend developer, engineering data logic and SQL validation routines to securely process multi-agency financial data.

Daily Time Record System — Independently designed, built, and deployed a full-stack internal system from scratch, including a FastAPI backend, automated PDF batch-printing, and a responsive client interface.

I build clean, responsive websites and web applications — from simple landing pages to full-stack platforms with custom backend logic. I write maintainable code, communicate clearly throughout a project, and take ownership of problems rather than waiting for instructions.

Information Technology Intern (OJT) – Web Developer Intern at Bureau of the Treasury (Philippines) – Region VIII (2026-01 – 2026-05)

Served as the Backend Developer for the National Collection Transparency System, a flagship institutional platform designed to monitor, track, and enforce timely collection inputs and remittances from local government units (LGUs) and state agencies.
Designed and developed a web-based Daily Time Record (DTR) system to optimize internal department tracking, featuring session persistence and PDF batch-printing utilities.
Participated in live systems demonstrations and stakeholder onboarding for LGUs across Biliran and the entire province of Leyte, gathering user feedback to iterate on backend requirements.
