About the Role As an Associate Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between seamless user interfaces and robust backend architecture. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to develop, maintain, and optimize our web applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to take ownership of impactful features, write clean code, and accelerate their technical growth in a collaborative, remote-first Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable features across both the front-end (client-side) and back-end (server-side).
• Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, accessible, and interactive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Back-End Engineering: Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Node.js, Spring Boot, Python, or similar technologies.
• Database Management: Design database schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data storage using relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices. Conduct unit/integration testing and participate in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshooting: Identify performance bottlenecks, debug complex issues across the stack, and ensure application security.
• Remote Collaboration: Actively participate in virtual daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 6 Months to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Next.js.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation).
• Experience connecting front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and deliver efficient solutions.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with a distributed, remote team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis) and message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
