Associate Systems Engineer - Windows/Linux/Database/Virtualization

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Infrastructure & Application Support team. The selected candidate will support enterprise environments across Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware virtualization, Oracle, SQL Server, and IIS platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to system administration, database support, and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for Windows and/or Linux/Unix servers.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Assist in managing VMware virtual machines and infrastructure.
• Support database environments (Oracle and/or SQL Server) including basic troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Administer and support IIS web servers and hosted applications.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, patching, and updates.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system uptime and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 0–1 year of internship or professional experience in IT infrastructure or support.
• Basic knowledge in at least one of the following tracks:
• Windows Server VMware
• Linux/Unix Oracle Database
• Windows Server SQL Server IIS
• Understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and server concepts.
• Familiarity with virtualization concepts and database basics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
