Position OverviewWe are hiring a Client Engagement Associate to support our growth initiatives by connecting with potential partners and maintaining professional communication across digital channels.
This role focuses on relationship building, market research, and coordinating conversations around technology solutions for international clients.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in written communication, and interested in working closely with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Communication & Research
Identify potential companies and professionals using LinkedIn and online platforms
Initiate conversations through personalized messages and follow-ups
Maintain organized records of contacts and interactions
Coordination & Support
Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned with current offerings and case studies
Assist in preparing summaries, reports, and basic performance tracking
Keep messaging consistent with company positioning and brand tone
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Share insights that help improve communication strategies
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in professional online communication or client coordination
Familiarity with LinkedIn, basic CRM tools, or productivity platforms written English skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Work with an international software team delivering real-world digital solutions
Exposure to U.S. market practices and global client interactions
