We are seeking a Mid-level to Mid-Senior Frontend Webflow Developer (with strong design sense) to join a client project focused on building high-performing, visually polished marketing and product websites.
This role is ideal for developers who combine strong visual judgment with technical Webflow expertise. This is a full-time, remote position.
Build responsive, pixel-perfect websites using Webflow.
Implement custom functionality using Vanilla JavaScript.
Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, scalable Webflow builds.
Develop reusable components and structured CMS collections.
Implement animations and interactions that enhance UX without compromising performance.
Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and engineers to refine user experiences.
Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, and cross-browser issues.
Actively use AI-assisted tools (preferably Cursor) to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
Participate in code/design reviews, sprint planning, and weekly project syncs.
Experience using GSAP for animations and advanced UI interactions.
3+ years of Webflow development experience.
Strong expertise in Webflow (including CMS, interactions, and responsive design).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Strong eye for visual design, spacing, typography, and layout consistency.
Ability to convert high-fidelity designs into production-ready Webflow builds.
Experience working in collaborative environments with designers and product teams.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows (if custom code is involved).
Comfortable working in a fully remote team setup.
Portfolio showcasing at least 2–3 live Webflow projects.
Experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., analytics, CRMs, payment tools).
Familiarity with custom code embeds within Webflow.
Understanding of SEO structure, semantic markup, and accessibility standards.
Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor for development or workflow acceleration.
Experience working with early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams.
