What You'll Do

• Use Cursor and Claude as your primary dev environment writing, debugging, and architecting with AI at every step
• Build and ship production-ready applications across Laravel, Python (FastAPI/Django), and React Native
• Integrate and optimize LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, open-source) into real-world applications
• Design agentic workflows LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to extend AI agent capabilities with tool/API integrations
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
• Own features end to end from architecture to production

Who You Are

• You use Cursor and Claude daily in your workflow, not just on your resume
• Strong in one or more of: PHP Laravel, Python (FastAPI/Django), React Native
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• You understand prompt engineering, LLMs, and AI integration patterns
• Comfortable with Docker and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
• You think beyond code you care about the product, the user, and the problem

Levels we're Hiring

Mid-Level — You've shipped real projects, you're comfortable with AI tools, and you're hungry to grow fast.

Senior — You architect, lead, and make hard technical calls. You've integrated AI into production systems and know the trade-offs.

Nice to Have

• MCP custom tool and integration development for AI agents
• LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration, Pinecone/Weaviate
• ML background: transformer fine-tuning, LoRA, embeddings
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Nginx, Docker Hub
• AWS certifications
