Tallysis is looking for a Full stack Engineer who has strong backend skills using Python

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build scalable, reliable web applications and services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable across frontend and backend development, understand backend architecture and system design, and be able to own features end-to-end.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python/FastAPI and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, system design, scalability, security, and performance.
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, relationships, queries, indexing, and optimization.
• Design and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, third-party services, and external integrations.
• Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features, including LLM APIs, prompt workflows, RAG, agents, or similar AI applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Use Docker, Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows for deployment and production environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams and work independently when required.
• Contribute to React Native mobile applications when required.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, Redis, queues, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI agents.
• Experience publishing apps to the App Store or Google Play.
