About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer who combines exceptional communication skills with a strong technical background.

Your primary responsibility will be to join meetings/Interviews arranged by our Business Development team, understand client requirements, conduct technical discussions, recommend the right solutions, and help convert opportunities into signed projects/jobs (Under staff Augmentation).

Once a project/Job is awarded, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact between the client and our engineering team, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. Your focus will be on technical consultations, solution design, client interviews, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and technical interviews scheduled by the Business Development team.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with international clients.
• Understand business/Job requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Recommend AI, LLM, web, mobile, and automation solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare solution architecture, project scope, timelines, and effort estimates.
• Help the sales team convert opportunities into signed projects.
• Build trust and confidence with clients/Interviewers through clear technical communication.
• Act as the Project Manager after a project is awarded.
• Coordinate between clients and internal development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project/Job milestones and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure client expectations are met.
• Identify upselling opportunities and long-term partnerships with existing clients.

Required Qualifications

Excellent English Communication (Mandatory):

This role requires interacting with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, founders, CTOs, and decision-makers from North American and European companies on a daily basis.

• Exceptional spoken English

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence leading Zoom and Google Meet sessions
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business language

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Frontend Development: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS
• Backend Development: Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Python, FastAPI, Django
• Database Technologies: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Supabase, Prisma
• Full-Stack Application Development: Designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying complete web applications from frontend to backend
• Mobile App Development: React Native or similar frameworks
• Cloud & Deployment: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Git, CI/CD, server deployment, and cloud infrastructure
• System Architecture: Designing scalable, secure, and production-ready AI and full-stack applications
• Authentication & Security: JWT, OAuth, role-based access control, API security, and secure data handling.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 1 year in AI, Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience preparing technical proposals and project estimations.
• Previous experience managing software projects is highly preferred.
• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or international B2B client engagements is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting from PKR 200,000/month (final compensation will depend on experience, technical proficiency, communication skills, and overall performance during the interview process).
• Performance Commission: 7% commission on every project successfully locked and awarded to the company.
