Full Stack Engineer

About Python Technologies At Python Technologies, we build cutting-edge, AI-driven applications and custom solutions for global clients. We are looking for an ambitious, highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our engineering team on site at our DHA Phase 2, Islamabad office.

Role Overview As a Full-Stack AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between advanced Machine Learning / AI models and robust full-stack web applications. You will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end intelligent applications—building scalable frontends, resilient backend APIs, and integrating state-of-the-art LLMs and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & LLM Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.), open-source models, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.) into web applications.

• Backend Architecture: Design and build high-performance, asynchronous microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and Node.js.

• Frontend Development: Build responsive, high-performance UI components using modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js).

• RAG & Agent Systems: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, custom AI agents, and function-calling workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.

• Deployment & MLOps: Deploy and optimize models and web applications using Docker, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and continuous integration pipelines.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize end-to-end application latency, token usage, and database query performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack architecture and AI integrations.

• Python Mastery: Strong expertise in Python and web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

• Frontend Proficiency: Solid experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.

• AI / ML Tooling: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, vector databases, and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or native SDKs).

• Databases: Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/Vector databases.

• DevOps Basics: Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Level: Mid–Senior Level (3 Years)

Working Hours & Location

• Location: DHA Phase 2, Islamabad (Strictly Onsite)

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
