Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance applications using
React.js and Java/Spring Boot.
- Design scalable systems with a focus on performance and distributed architecture.
- Own features end-to-end, from development and testing to deployment and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve architecture and code quality.
Requirements & Preferred Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
React.js
, frontend architecture, reusable components, and performance optimization.
- Solid experience with
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
, and backend service development.
- Strong understanding of
System Design, scalability, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and system reliability
.
- Experience with database integration, software architecture, design patterns, automated testing, debugging, and production support.
- Familiarity with
WebSockets/WebRTC
and real-time application development.
- Working knowledge of
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
.
- Experience with
Grafana, monitoring, and observability tools
is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and end-to-end feature ownership skills.
