DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Internal Role – Support existing customer deployments based on need and priority. Actively make system level changes based on a predefined scope. Ensure timely delivery of assigned project work.
• Client Role – Under the guidance of the Technical Manager assist in the response to RFPs and participate in client meetings.
• Assist the technical team on responding to RFPs.
• Ensure that internal processes and standards are kept in the delivery of work.
• Assume ownership and responsibility for work assigned on delivery Salesforce assignments/projects across multiple client engagements.

REQUIRED JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in the similar genre

Required Experience

• 5 years plus of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Clouds.
• Delivery experience in relevant digital agencies, systems integration, or software development companies.
• Strong experience across software development lifecycle from architecting solution designs, front-end development, application development, testing and quality assurance, deployment, through to application support.
• Experience of integrating Salesforce with third party systems, including but not limited to databases, social, marketing and real-time analytic dashboards
