AHK Solution is building and operating technology products used by businesses across multiple markets, including our affiliated Dubai real estate business, RHK Properties.

Our engineering team develops our platforms internally. We are not simply maintaining websites or configuring off-the-shelf software.

Our systems include a large-scale CRM, web applications, mobile applications, telephony and communications infrastructure, property technology, workflow automation, integrations, analytics, and internal operational platforms.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer with particularly strong expertise in frontend engineering and React Native mobile development.

We need someone who can take ownership of a feature from requirement and architecture through implementation, testing, UI/UX quality, and final production release.

Our primary web platform already contains approximately 100 feature modules, alongside multiple React Native mobile applications.

This is an established product environment, not a greenfield demo project.

What You Will Do

You will work across our web and mobile products and take significant responsibility for the quality of what reaches production.

Your responsibilities will include

Build complex production features using React, Next.js and TypeScript
Develop and maintain React Native / Expo applications for iOS and Android
Convert approved UI/UX designs into polished, accurate interfaces
Improve frontend architecture, consistency and reusable component design
Ensure applications work properly across different devices and screen sizes
Build and integrate APIs and backend services using NestJS
Work with PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis and background processing
Diagnose frontend, mobile, backend and integration issues
Improve performance across web and mobile applications
Review pull requests and maintain engineering standards
Write meaningful automated tests
Identify edge cases before they become production issues
Improve existing modules where implementation quality is inconsistent
Refactor technical debt when it affects product quality or development speed
Participate in architectural and product decisions
Take ownership of features through testing and production deployment

The Engineer We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tickets.

We want someone who takes ownership of the finished product.

If something does not look right, you should notice it.

If the user experience can be improved, you should raise it.

If an implementation is creating unnecessary technical debt, you should challenge it.

If requirements have an obvious edge case, you should identify it before development is considered finished.

You will work closely with product, design, QA and engineering leadership and will have meaningful influence over how our applications are built.

At AHK Solution, we would rather have one feature engineered properly than several rushed features that repeatedly come back for fixes.

Requirements

Ideally, you have:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
Strong Next.js experience
Production React Native experience
Experience working on complex business applications
Strong understanding of frontend architecture
Experience reviewing other developers' code
Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
Understanding of testing and software quality practices
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong attention to detail

Senior-level ability is more important to us than simply meeting a specific number of years.
