We are looking for a strong Fullstack Engineer with 2-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, handson Python backend experience, modern React/Next.js frontend skills, and a practical AI tooling mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fullstack web applications using React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and Django.
- Develop clean, reusable, responsive frontend components with strong attention to UI/UX quality.
- Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs, backend services, authentication flows, and third-party integrations.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
- Use AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools as part of the daily engineering workflow.
- Collaborate on AI/LLM features, including API integrations, prompt workflows, vector databases, and LangChain-style application flows where required.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews, follow engineering best practices, and contribute to reusable services, libraries, and components.
- Communicate clearly with project leads, designers, QA, and other engineers across distributed teams.
- Take ownership of assigned features from planning and implementation through deployment and iteration.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of professional fullstack development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with React.js and Next.js, including hooks, state management, component design, and API integration.
- Strong backend experience with Python, especially FastAPI and Django.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, backend architecture, and database design.

- Basic practical understanding of Docker, CI/CD, deployments, logging, monitoring, and production debugging.
- Required: practical experience using AI tools to write, review, debug, refactor, and improve code quality.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or AI integrations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to own tasks independently.
