Full-Stack Python AI Engineer

Role Description The Full-Stack Python AI Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end AI-powered web applications, from backend services to frontend interfaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include building robust Python APIs, integrating machine learning models into production systems, and implementing secure, scalable architectures.

The role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as writing clean, tested, and documented code. The engineer will optimize application performance, monitor systems in production, and troubleshoot issues across the stack. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development skills with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) for building APIs and microservices.
• Experience in AI and machine learning model development, integration, and deployment, including familiarity with popular ML libraries and inference optimization.
• Proficiency in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of databases and data storage solutions, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, as well as query optimization.
• Skills in DevOps practices such as containerization (Docker), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with software architecture principles, secure coding practices, and performance tuning for high-availability applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
