About the Role

Join a collaborative, supportive product team modernizing legacy systems and building new applications from the ground up. You'll be assigned to a product group with end-to-end ownership — from defining requirements through coding, testing, implementation, and production support. This is an onsite position with strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and Spring Boot microservices architecture.

What You'll Do

• Define requirements and design solutions within an assigned product group
• Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices
• Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces
• Own the full lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Mentor team members and collaborate closely across the group
• Support re-development of legacy systems using modern technologies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional Java development experience
• Experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Modern front-end development experience with Angular v17 (3 years hands-on) or React
• 5+ years of experience with Docker; working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Strong SQL coding skills
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with message queues
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as regular client-facing communication is a core part of this role
