About the Role
Join a collaborative, supportive product team modernizing legacy systems and building new applications from the ground up. You'll be assigned to a product group with end-to-end ownership — from defining requirements through coding, testing, implementation, and production support. This is an onsite position with strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and Spring Boot microservices architecture.
What You'll Do
- Define requirements and design solutions within an assigned product group
- Build and maintain Spring Boot microservices
- Develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces
- Own the full lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Mentor team members and collaborate closely across the group
- Support re-development of legacy systems using modern technologies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional Java development experience
- Experience with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data, Spring Security)
- Modern front-end development experience with Angular v17 (3 years hands-on) or React
- 5+ years of experience with Docker; working knowledge of Kubernetes
- Strong SQL coding skills
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with message queues
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience
- Excellent mentoring and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as regular client-facing communication is a core part of this role
