• *Job Title: Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

• *Role Overview:
• We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in building scalable backend systems using Java, along with working knowledge of modern frontend technologies.
• This role requires hands-on development, strong system design capabilities, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• *Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java and related frameworks
• Contribute to full stack development, including frontend integration (React/Angular)
• Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical decisions
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
• *Required Skills & Qualifications
• *Backend (Primary Focus)
• Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture
• *Frontend (Good to Have)
• Experience with React or Angular
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• *DevOps & Tools
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• *Other Requirements
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience in building and deploying applications end-to-end
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• *Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT)
