Python Full Stack Developer (AI/ML):

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Build, integrate, and productionize AI/ML features — including LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector database-backed retrieval.
• Design, develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party services and AI/ML APIs to support business and application requirements.
• Own data pipelines end-to-end, from ingestion and preprocessing to embedding generation, vector storage, and inference.
• Implement model experiment tracking, evaluation, and reproducible training-to-deployment pipelines.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed, event-driven applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized services on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), maintaining low-latency, production-grade API performance.
• Enforce data security and compliance (e.g., GDPR) in applications handling sensitive or regulated data.
• Provide general technical support by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions across the stack.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience across the frontend and backend.
• Solid experience with Python and at least one major backend framework (Django, FastAPI, or Flask), with the ability to work comfortably across the full application stack.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Practical experience integrating and building on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar), including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and semantic search.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, pgvector, or similar) and embedding-based retrieval systems.
• Proven experience designing, developing, consuming, and maintaining RESTful APIs, and integrating third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Strong experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications, including asynchronous/event-driven processing (e.g., Kafka).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices — containerization (Docker), CI/CD for models, and experiment tracking (Weights & Biases or similar) — and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, or a strong willingness to incorporate them into daily workflow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams across different platforms.
• Ability and willingness to continuously learn new technologies, tools, and platforms as business and technical requirements evolve.
