Role Description: The Python Developer will design, build, and maintain back-end services that power AI agents, workflow automation tools, and web/mobile applications. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient Python code, implementing APIs, integrating with databases and cloud services, and collaborating with front-end developers, AI engineers, and product stakeholders.

The role also involves debugging and optimizing existing systems, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring reliability, security, and performance of production applications.

The Python

Developer is expected to participate in code reviews, document technical solutions, and continuously improve development practices.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python, with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming concepts.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful API design, microservices, and integration with front-end or third-party services.
• Proficiency in Software Development practices such as version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data access layers.
• Familiarity with modern Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations, workflow automation, or voice/telephony APIs is a plus.
