We are looking for an Odoo Developer to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience with Odoo development and want to work on real-world ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects.
You will work closely with our technical and business teams to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Work with existing Odoo modules and extend their functionality
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo addons
- Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and external systems
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and Odoo ORM
- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues
- Support Odoo implementation and deployment projects
- Collaborate with functional consultants and the engineering team
- Understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Python
- Experience with Odoo development
- Understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, models, views, and modules
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL
- Understanding of XML and Odoo views
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
Good To Have
- Experience with JavaScript or OWL
- Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo deployment
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux
- Experience with Odoo Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, or HR modules
- Knowledge of Git and version control
- Previous experience working on Odoo implementation projects
