Python Developer

We are looking for a

Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-performance solutions, integrating services, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

This position requires a hands-on professional who can write clean, efficient code, solve complex problems, and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Backend

Development

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices

2.

System

Integration

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services
• Ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
• Support frontend teams with backend logic and data handling

3.

Database

Management

• Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Write optimized queries and ensure data integrity
• Handle data processing and storage efficiently

4. Debugging & Performance Optimization

• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance
• Optimize systems for scalability, speed, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards

5. Collaboration & Development Lifecycle

• Work closely with frontend, QA, and product teams
• Participate in sprint planning and agile development processes
• Contribute to the full SDLC (development, testing, deployment)

6.

Optional: AI & Data (Plus)

• Work with data pipelines or basic machine learning integrations
• Support AI-driven features where required
• Exposure to AI/ML is a plus, not mandatory

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Experience building REST APIs and backend systems
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work onsite during night shift (U.S. hours)

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
