Position: Full Stack AI Developer

Type: Full-Time – On Site

Location: I-10/3, Islamabad

Timings: 3pm to 12am and 06 PM – 03 AM, Monday to Friday (Pakistan Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack AI Developer to build end-to-end AI-driven applications and workflows. This role requires designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that combine AI/LLM integration, backend automation, database management, and frontend dashboards. You will be responsible for orchestrating AI pipelines, managing data storage, deploying services, and creating intuitive interfaces for human-in-the-loop interactions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI/LLM-driven workflows and automation pipelines
• Monitor system performance, ensure reliability, and propose optimizations
• Document the workflow architecture, API integrations, and deployment processes
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into production-ready systems
• Implement role-based views, conditional workflow branching, and human-in-the-loop feedback systems
• Handle environment configuration, deployment, and basic DevOps tasks (Docker, CI/CD, cloud/VPS hosting)
• Build modular and responsive frontend dashboards for content review, note submission, and workflow monitoring
• Design and maintain database schemas in Postgres or Supabase, including secure access and storage for workflow outputs

Required Skills And Experience

Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs into applications

Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks

Comfortable designing modular, maintainable, and scalable systems

2–5 years of experience in full stack development (backend frontend)

Understanding of state management, role-based views, and responsive UI

Hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, or similar for backend automation

Familiarity with deployment, environment variables, and basic DevOps practices

Strong experience with Postgres or Supabase database design and management

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience – 2–5 years (full stack development with AI workflow focus)

Core Language – Python and/or Node.js (strong, hands-on for backend automation)

Framework – React / Next.js (component-based frontend architecture experience)

State Management – Redux, Zustand, or Context API experience for frontend dashboards

Database – Postgres / Supabase (schema design, storage, workflow data management)

AI Integration – LLM/API experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar)

Deployment – Cloud/VPS deployment, Docker, basic CI/CD workflow setup

Workflow – Human-in-the-loop workflow orchestration, role-based views, conditional branching
