Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting our US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence. We are expanding our development team and hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Full-Stack Developer to build, integrate, and optimize the crucial applications that drive our internal and external systems.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented React.js Developer who loves building seamless, highly responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces. • *Please note that this is a night shift on-site job at our Karachi office.
• *Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement highly responsive user interface components using React.js concepts.
• Build reusable, clean, and scalable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across a variety of devices and web browsers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers.
• Maintain and manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing front-end software.
• *Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React.js.
• Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation.
• Frameworks/Libraries: Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles (Hooks, Components, Router).
• State Management: Experience with React workflows (such as Redux or Flux).
• Tools: Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and version control tools (Webpack, NPM, Git).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
