Senior Full Stack Engineer(Go/Python/Node JS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Go, Python, or Node.js, and the ability to work across the full stack. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable systems, contributing to architectural decisions, and quickly adapting to new technologies, particularly Go where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Preferable Go, Or Python/Node.js
• Build and enhance frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React or similar
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions
• Contribute to system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability planning
• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code following best engineering practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards across the team
• Optimize APIs, database queries, and system integrations for performance and reliability
• Work with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments
• Quickly learn and adopt Go where required and contribute to Go-based services

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong backend experience in at least one: Preferable Go, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, or similar
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong understanding of version control systems such as Git
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Go or strong willingness to learn quickly
• Experience working in distributed systems or high-scale environments
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced startup environments
