Senior Python / Django Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python/Django Engineer to join our team who will take ownership of backend architecture, lead development initiatives and mentor team members while building scalable, high-performance web applications. Must Have:

7+ years of professional backend development experience with strong focus on Python and Django with a strong grasp of software design principles.

Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), schema design and ORM optimization.

Proficient in Docker, Git and cloud platforms (AWS).

Strong understanding of scalable system design, microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong ownership mindset and the ability to work independently as well as lead within a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good to Have

Experience with microservices architecture

Knowledge of caching systems (Redis, Memcached)

Exposure to asynchronous frameworks (Celery, FastAPI, etc.)
