Role Description This is a full-time, on-site WordPress Developer role based in Multan. The WordPress Developer will build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins aligned with client requirements and best practices. Daily responsibilities include converting design mockups into responsive front-end layouts, configuring and optimizing WordPress setups, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing performance, security, and SEO improvements. The developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of existing WordPress projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in WordPress-focused Web Development and Back-End Web Development, including theme and plugin customization.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design to deliver user-friendly, mobile-optimized interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability in Web Design and layout implementation to translate UI/UX concepts into functional WordPress sites.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, along with familiarity with MySQL and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, security best practices, and basic technical SEO for WordPress.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in an agency or software house environment and a portfolio of WordPress projects is highly beneficial.
