Wordpress Developer

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who can build, customize, maintain, and optimize high-quality WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with custom WordPress development, responsive design, performance optimization, and working with popular themes, builders, and plugins, Specially Elementor , Cornerstone WordPress Page Builder/Plugin.

Timings: 02 PM - 10 PM

Location: Johar Town

Position: Full-Time (ON-SITE)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing WordPress websites.
• Build and customize WordPress themes, templates, and page layouts.
• Customize existing themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Work extensively with Cornerstone Page Builder/Plugin, including creating and modifying layouts, components, templates, and responsive designs.
• Convert Figma or other UI/UX designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Develop custom functionality using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress APIs.
• Configure and integrate third-party plugins, forms, CRM systems, tracking tools, and external services.
• Troubleshoot WordPress, theme, plugin, layout, and compatibility issues.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.
• Ensure websites follow SEO-friendly development practices.
• Perform WordPress, theme, and plugin updates while maintaining website stability.
• Identify and resolve bugs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain website security, backups, staging environments, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, QA teams, and project managers.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing before deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Strong experience with Cornerstone WordPress Page Builder/Plugin.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, and template hierarchy.
• Proficiency in:
• PHP
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• jQuery
• Experience developing and customizing WordPress themes.
• Experience working with custom post types, custom fields, and dynamic WordPress content.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate WordPress pages.
• Experience with website speed and performance optimization.
• Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and SEO-friendly development.
• Experience troubleshooting plugin conflicts and WordPress errors.
• Familiarity with staging and production environments.
• Experience with Git/version control is preferred.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).
• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or other WordPress builders in addition to Cornerstone.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with custom plugin development.
• Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, and conversion tracking implementation.
• Experience with Cloudflare, caching solutions, CDN configuration, and website security.
• Experience working on healthcare, dental, or service-based business websites is a plus.
