Plant Operator at Lucky Core Industry (LCI) - Soda Ash Business (2010-10 – Present)

• Monitor and control all plant operations and maintain operating condition under prescribed limits
• Prepare production and dispatch summary and report to shift engineer
• Take decisive actions and communicate with shift manager or supervisor in case of troubleshooting, emergency, equipment failure or process deviations
• Compile and manage maintenance forms, records, reports and data logging
• Authorize and co-sign maintenance work permits (PTW)
• Assistant shift engineer to develop and review standard operating procedures
• Perform system startup and shutdown as per procedures
• Ensure compliance of personnel safety with NEQS standards, control of production and fire and gas inhibits
• Conduct safe performance of works following company HSE policies and procedures

Process Plant Operator at Olympia Chemicals Limited (2007-01 – 2010-10)

Olympia chemicals limited has 40MW coal fired power plant. Technical training in soda ash NA2CO3 manufacturing and NaHCO3 (Refined Sodium Bicarbonate)

• Operated refined sodium bicarbonate plant with water treatment section
• Managed compressor operations - Screw Compressor and Reciprocating Compressor
• Filtration of sodium bicarbonate NAHCO3 from magma solution with NACL control
• Salt dissolving basin operations with chloride testing
• Brine purification plant management - removal of calcium and magnesium salts using MoL and sodium carbonate solution
• Cooling tower operations for temperature management
