I have over 10 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, currently serving as Principal / HOD Education. My expertise includes curriculum development, faculty mentoring, assessment, and research supervision. I hold an M.Phil. in Education and have worked across schools and colleges as a Lecturer, Coordinator, and Head of Academics.

Prior to that, I completed an M.A. in Education from the same university.
