• Hardware up-gradation and maintenance to be done quarterly and plan to be shared with

HoBU

• Software up-gradation and maintenance to be done quarterly and plan to be shared with

HoBU

• Procurement of software to be done timely after the request is raised
• To launch IT Help Desk and to ensure timely closure of queries
• All IT assets must be in compliance with partner's policies (hardware & software)
• 360 feedback, engagement survey, general well being of employees (for management with direct reports)
