My responsibilities are to manage & procure of all local and imported fast moving items, grinding mills machinery & spare parts of Grinding mills, arrange and manage raw materials, talcum stone, chalk, China Clay and calcium carbonate stone. Arrangement of transportation for smooth supply of our raw materials. Manage local and imported spare parts, chemicals, and other fast moving items. Procure and manage packing material like poly bags and paper bags. Procure and arrange construction materials for new plant. To Hunt new source and supplier for regular purchase.
Introduction of new supplier and venders for cost saving. Approval and comparative statement and purchase order. Coordinate with banks for payments and LC for imported shipments, follow up of imported items and custom clearance matters. Monitoring of cost local vs imported goods.
