• Independently led all formulation development, developing and evaluating five distinct solvent-based formulations with iterative optimisation of chemical composition, cleaning performance, material compatibility, and environmental profile.
• Designed cleaning systems targeting grease, oil, carbon deposits, and industrial contaminants, achieving a significantly improved environmental profile compared to conventional industrial degreasers currently on the market.
• Successfully pitched the venture to the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Business Incubation Center (BIC), securing institutional recognition and early-stage funding support.
• Currently leading prototype batch production and pre-commercial performance validation ahead of market launch.
