Temperature Calibrator, UV Source Gun, Digital Multimeter, RTD simulator, mA

Source, Vibration Analyser and Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter for testing &

calibrating field equipments.

 Familiar with HSEQ Policy, ISO procedure & Standard Operating Procedures.

 Able to perform field duties in different sites, remote areas and also perform relieving duty at outstations.

 Ensure and Carry out preventive maintenance of all instruments installed at Plant

Area & Tank Farm Area as per schedule and completion of work orders in SAP.

 Supervision of contractor activities.

 Perform configuration / setting of Motor Operated Valves (Rotork, Limitorque)

 Maintain history cards, checklist, calibration certificates, instrument list and tagging of instruments in field.

 Keep a record of daily maintenance work, against planned maintenance program and prepare work completion report if required.

 Familiar with DCS & SCADA PLC system operating 2000km Pipeline from

Karachi to Lahore (Pakistan) with 06 mid stations.

 Well versed with Instrument Layout & Cable Routing Diagrams, Logic Diagrams,

Loop Diagram, Termination Drawings, P&ID, PFDs, Instrument Tie-ins, Ingress protection codes.

 Works with a group of people to achieve a shared goal in an effective way by actively listening and supporting team members
