The portfolio led by me includes land use planning, real estate development, financial feasibility, cost control, risk assessment, due diligence & regulatory affairs management, design management, planning, construction, quality management, monitoring, administration, procurement, close out and handing over.
I have worked on initiating development policies, processes, system, financial budgets and board/ stakeholders management. I have raised & led development & construction teams for development of 5-star hotels, residential, multi-family apartment & resort real estate development projects. I have led design, contracting, procurement, construction, budget, risk, quality and asset management of projects.
