As an Electrical Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the power transformer industry, I have knowledge in production engineering, material planning, quality control, and transformer services. My journey started at PEL where I honed my skills as a production engineer, executing production plans for assemblies and semi-assemblies of power transformers. Over the years, I progressed to higher roles, ensuring smooth and quality production, conducting transformer low voltage testing, and commissioning at site.

Oversee all aspects of Quality Control processes for power transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain high product standards and minimize defects.
Lead a team of QC inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify and address quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Procurement to resolve quality related issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize processes.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries, complaints, and aftersales, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
