BCL is the largest Cement producing industry in Pakistan preparing different brands of cements at its 5 Plants situated at different locations of Pakistan. During the last 3 years we managed various threats from fire hazards to terrorist activities and theft/pilferage to commercial espionage.
- Advising senior management on security matters after risk analysis/assessment of operational area
- Coordinate the Security Risk Assessment of BCL assets and employees, particularly high risk areas and support/monitor the implementation of risk management measures
- Collect and update information with regards to security issues and communicate them to the senior management
- Direct line management of 10 staff, including senior security officers
- In-direct line management of 150 security staff (supervisors and guards)
- Responsible for the operational and training aspects of security staff
- Ensure Site security of the Plant and residential and official compounds of BCL
- Taking special measures against theft and pilferage
- Access control of entry points and convoy/mission security of foreigners visiting BCL
- Review existing security procedures and develop and implement effective security SOPs and policies to improve the security and safety of staff
- Responsible for threat assessment and response through 24/7 surveillance and counter-surveillance teams which are monitoring an elaborate network of 110 CCTV cameras
- Represent BCL and keep close liaison with Govt law enforcement units and intelligence agencies for effective response
- Arrange regular security briefings and drills to educate and prepare all stake holders on Security management system, Security risk management and SOPs
- Responsible for the administrative aspects of BCL security Staff
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Taking minutes at meetings for subsequent implementation
- Preparing all types of letters and reports

Assistant Chief Security Officer - Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POFs)

Pakistan Ordnance Factories is the largest industrial complex in Pakistan preparing arms and ammunition for the Law Enforcing Agencies and armed forces of Pakistan. POFs have 14 Factories and 6 subsidiaries spread in three cities covering 30 sq km of compounded area employing about 25000 staff. Due to the sensitive nature of operations, we managed various administrative aspects, threats from fire hazards to terrorist activities and theft/pilferage to commercial espionage.
- Advising senior management on security matters after risk analysis/assessment of operational area
- Coordinate the Security Risk Assessment of POFs assets and employees, particularly high risk areas and support/monitor the implementation of risk management measures

- In-direct line management of 800+ security staff (supervisors and guards/50 female)
- Advise field missions on security matters, brief about emergency situations and make crucial assessments for decision-making by senior management
- Responsible for the operational and training aspects of security staff
- Ensure Site security of 14 factories and several residential and official compounds of POFs
- Access control of 70 entry points and convoy/mission security of POFs staff and foreigners traveling within 200 Kms
- Review existing security procedures and develop and implement effective security SOPs and policies to improve the security and safety of staff
- Responsible for threat assessment and response through 24/7 surveillance and counter-surveillance teams which are monitoring an elaborate network of 900 CCTV cameras

Served as Head/Commander DSF troops deployed for the administration and security of Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POFs) in Wah Cantt.
- Conduct analysis of security situation under developing geo-political environment in the country, neighboring countries and at local level to advice senior leadership
- Direct line management of 6 security officers and overall responsible for 600 guard force
- Deployment and management of Quick Reaction Force (QRF) in Wah Cantt
- Operational, training, and administrative aspects of under command security personnel
- Responsible for Site security, access controls and implementation of SOPs on 100+ security posts at factories, residences, and official sites
