• Pivotal role of forecasting and meeting supply-demand of high spend projects along with budgeting, design supervision and cost analysis.
• Spearheaded multiple cost-cutting projects, achieving annual savings of PKR 6.22 million, and technical projects, worth PKR 30 million, enhancing military operational capabilities.
• Orchestrated improved strategies to upgrade repair line equipment and incorporated new techniques to elevate the performance of unit.
• Supervised 250 technicians along with technical projects and repair line management of diverse vehicles, weapons and machinery.

• Directly accountable to higher Army officials for on-site mega projects along with structural designs and analysis.
• FEM on SolidWorks used to analyze conceptual designs for structural reliability and durability.

• Worked under National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) to collaborate with Multan Chemicals Limited to revive defunct oxygen plants to reduce death rate during COVID-19.
