Supervisor Process - Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd

Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd is a renowned company specializing in the production of Chlor Alkali and its byproducts. SCIL has set up a facility dedicated to manufacturing Soap Noodles, Soap Bar, Glycerin, and Stearic Acid. I am responsible for Soap Finishing Line (Mazzoni LB) having capacity 48 TPD.

• Supervised all soap production machinery across the line to ensure smooth workflow and quilty output.
• Supervised mixing operations, ensuring accurate raw material usage and adherence to process standards.
• Efficiently managed the inventory of raw and packing materials used in soap production.
• Implemented measures to minimize wastage of raw and packing materials, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure the strict implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) during startup, shutdown and Change over to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance activities of production ensuring timely execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Implemented FIFO (First In First Out) and stock rotation methods to prevent material expiry or spoilage.
• Conducted daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciled with system records.
• Ensured proper labeling, stacking, and segregation of materials in the production area.
• Assisted in internal audits and inventory verifications to support material control processes.

Production Officer - Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited

Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited is a well-known Oleo Chemicals and Chlor Alkali manufacturing company. The company is also engaged in contract manufacturing of toilet soap bars having multinational customer like Unilever, P&G, RB, IEFCO & ZILL. I was working at Soap Finishing Lines (Mazzoni LB) having capacity 240 TPD.

• Supervised mixing operations, ensuring accurate raw material usage and adherence to process standards.
• Maintained coordination with production planning and warehouse teams for timely availability of materials.
• Ensured cleanliness and safety compliance of mixer area and equipment.
• Inspected RM/PM before mixing to verify compliance with required quality standards.
• Maintained batch records and reported any process deviations to senior management.
• Supported inventory management by tracking material consumption and minimizing wastage.

Plant Operator - Bio Tech Energy

(2016-02 - 2018-09)

Bio tech Energy is Pakistan’s first Bio-Diesel Production plant with the capacity of 100MTPD. Participated the erection and commissioning of the plant at the end. Controlling the production, managing the Operation team and troubleshooting of the process at start up and shutdowns

• Ensure safe and efficient production processes, adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
• Manage equipment operation, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot to optimize plant performance
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure the high-quality production of biodiesel
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to promptly address and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in training new staff on plant operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding daily plant activities.
