• Spot My Ride (live mobile app): Product Owner and PM on a Flutter/Firebase app, working alongside a developer. Scoped and shipped a 3-tier subscription system (RevenueCat) and drove feature delivery on a live product with Google Maps integration.
• KLYNE (in build): Second e-commerce web app — leading it from concept and scope through build.

Project Manager & Creative Lead at ESOLS Technologies (2021-04 – 2026-04)

• Led design and end-to-end delivery of 40+ web and mobile products through Agile sprints, coordinating developers and reducing missed deadlines to near zero.
• EGASI (egasi.uz): Led design and the full project lifecycle through launch for a classifieds marketplace app (property, vehicles, parts) — now 100K+ downloads on Google Play, 4.0★.
• Crypto Miners UAE (cryptominers.ae): Led design and delivery of an e-commerce and hosting platform for a Dubai-based crypto-mining company, through to launch.
• Owned scoping, timelines, and developer coordination across 10+ concurrent client accounts, at times running two teams in parallel.
• Managed delivery and client work in a custom in-house CRM, alongside Trello, Asana, and ClickUp.
• Integrated AI tools (n8n automation, Adobe Firefly, AI-assisted design) into delivery, cutting asset production time ~40%.
• Led multiple cross-functional teams of up to 5 across design and development.
