Senior Officer - ACCOUNTANCY OUTSOURCING SERVICE, AWAN-E-IQBAL COMPLEX - Lahore, Pakistan The post involved some of problem-solving duties on the Desk. The position involved providing good customer service, data entry and implementing resolutions to an issue and maintaining good grade of service. During the periods of managers absence being one of the seniors, I was given a responsibility to support the day-to-day operational management of the Desk such as assigning assignments and keeping hitting targets.
