For well over two decades, I have gained experience and expertise both in the private and public education sector of Pakistan. I have learnt and believe that alone education can empower our children to counter social issues like corruption, unemployment and gender inequality
I have held positions like trainer, tutor and mentor. I have been Director for Continuous Development Program for over five years where I developed and implemented teacher training modules for over 50,000 teachers of low-cost schools. As the Staff Development Centre In-charge, I scheduled and trained teachers across 50 branches in Asia's largest chain of private schools in Beaconhouse School System.
I have conducted seminars, conferences, workshops and online sessions for teachers and students alike for various English development projects led by the British Council not only in Pakistan but internationally in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. I have been accredited as a trainer from Bradford as well as Marjon Universities
My qualifications are in Masters in English Literature with a number of certifications in education and teaching.
