I am a management scholar with above five years of post-PhD teaching experience at the university level. Prior to pursuing a Ph.D., I worked in Pakistan’s education, banking, social, and consumer goods sectors for 9 years. I have also been fortunate to do research work at the University of Exeter, the U.K., for six months. My ambitions are to develop my academic career and advance human capital by investigating the phenomenon of sustainable development and business’s impact on the triple bottom line.

I completed my Ph.D. in August 2017 at the National College of Business Administration and Economics, specializing in HRM and OB. I was a visiting researcher at the University of Exeter, UK, in 2017.
