Completed an AI/ML engineering internship focused on building end-to-end machine learning and Generative AI solutions. Fine-tuned a BERT model achieving 93.5% accuracy on AG News classification and built an LLM-based ticket routing system using BART and FLAN-T5. Also developed ML pipelines for customer churn, house price prediction, stock forecasting, and Iris classification using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn.
