• Start up the daily production of recipe schedule against the projection.
• Supervise and organize all the operations of the recipe department.
• Handle all the worker-related issues like worker shortage, positioning, handling and check machine efficiency.
• All Ingredient and packaging material issue to production follow by FIFO Rule.
• To manage and control all warehouse management.
• Issue all ingredients from dry store on material issuance note as per recipe preparation plan.

• To maintain high standard of housekeeping and keep area neat and clean all times.
