I am currently working as consultant at KPMG Pakistan as consultant in deal advisory department. Currently have 1 year experience in this department and I am also pursuing CFA.
-Performed Business valuation of the various companies for purpose of acquisition, share price calculation,
-Impairment testing of investments/CGUs, financial reporting for client’s management
-Performed PPA for the valuation of intangible asset
-Carried feasibility studies for client of the proposed investments
-Prepared financial models with projected financial statements (financial forecast) considering the macroeconomic factors, key business drivers, operational factors and future management plans
-Financial due diligence for buy side and sell side assistance
-DCF and Asset-based valuation models
-Review of financial projections for a client
-Preparation of reports and presentations for respective clients
