Project Management: Coordinate day-to-day construction activities, monitor progress and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Site Supervision: Inspect workmanship, identify construction issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant trades and technical professionals.

Cost Control: Monitor construction expenditure, compare supplier quotations, track material consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Procurement Management: Plan material requirements, coordinate purchasing, negotiate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of construction materials.

Labour & Contractor Coordination: Organize site teams, coordinate subcontractors and manage work sequences to reduce delays and rework.

Planning & Scheduling: Prepare work plans, track milestones and coordinate material deliveries with site activities.

Finishing & Quality Control: Supervise finishing works, coordinate multiple trades and monitor execution against agreed quality standards.

Client Reporting: Maintain progress updates, expenditure records, material accounts and clear communication with project owners.
