• Conduct client consultations to explain immigration pathways, submission procedures, and program eligibility, while providing comprehensive documentation support and step-by-step guidance.
• Prepare and submit online application forms across various immigration categories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current government regulations.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients by providing regular updates on application progress and promptly addressing their inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Gather and verify client information to assess eligibility, determine applicable services, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of required documents.
